At Blue House Bagels, our goal is to make world-class bagels that are simple, affordable, local, and delicious. Using only the best and simplest ingredients of high gluten flour, barley malt syrup, salt, yeast, and time (we ferment our bagels cold and slow for 36 hours), our bagels are crispy and blistered on the outside while maintaining a soft but intensely chewy interior.

Bagels are ephemeral, they stale rapidly and should be eaten as quickly as possible once coming out of the oven. All Blue House bagels will be baked to order, ensuring they can be enjoyed at their height of texture and flavor.
